At this week's wine tasting and pairing we will be featuring 3 outstanding wines! Gorgeous, rich and packed with a showy fruitiness up front, St. Julian Sweet Revenge bursts with fresh grape scents that are reminiscent of fresh grape juice. Cono Sur Bicicleta Limited Edition Merlot is a fresh, voluptuous wine with rich notes of cherry, blackberries and plum together with a balanced, ripe palate. Astoria Prosecco D.O.C. has very fine and persistent bubbles with floral aromas and generous amounts of pear and golden delicious apple accents. Arny will be cooking Al Dente Golden Egg Bonnetti Pasta topped with Carfagna's Organic Pasta Sauce. Join us Friday night from 5-8 p.m.
