Welcome to bourbon night! This week, you have the option to enjoy bourbon pairings instead of wine. Our offerings include charcuterie, Orzo Pasta Salad, and a quick, boozy dessert cocktail that’s creamy and delicious. Arny’s Orzo Pasta Salad is tossed in Italian dressing and features a colorful mix of salami, broccoli, peppers, fresh cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and shallot, all balanced by the briny flavor of pitted Kalamata olives. Rich crumbled feta cheese adds a creamy, salty finish. It’s light yet satisfying, making it the perfect refreshing side dish or a star on its own for a sunny afternoon lunch. Scatola Di Pasta will be open for pizza, pasta, and pretzels. We can’t wait to see you Friday night from 5-8 p.m.
