This week Arny will be preparing Parma Rosa pasta. The cream sauce is made with tomato, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, garlic, herbs, and spices. This pasta sauce mix is perfect for weeknight dinners and other simple meals. Each mix makes 1 1/4 cups of homestyle sauce, great served with rigatoni, rotini or penne. This mix makes a rich and creamy sauce with a mouthwatering aroma of tomatoes. The Knorr chefs took the irresistible, classic Italian recipe and transformed it into this quick-to-prepare sauce that will take just any dish you can imagine to the next level.
Our wines for the evening include: Stella Moscato Terre Siciliane, made in Sicily, its 100% Moscato d/Alexandria, fresh, easy and slightly sweet; Big Smooth Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of Bing cherries, toasted coconut and vanilla, it boasts flavors of blackberry cobbler, caramel with a subtle spiciness and a very smoooooth label; and Gerard Bertrand Cote des Roses Rose, with an aroma of summer fruits, cassis and red currant and floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit, finishing fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance.
