This Week's Tasting & Pairing

Friday Arny will be bringing back his delicious Pasta al Ragù Di Cinghiale. It's a vegetable and herb-filled authentic Italian recipe from the Tuscany region.  This slow-cooked wild boar meat sauce will literally melt in your mouth with flavor. We’ll be pairing it with Cashmere Red, an exquisite blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah. Cashmere is a very flavorful, smooth wine offering big cherry, raspberry and chocolate notes with hints of cracked black pepper and plum. Our charcuterie will feature Lefties Final Frontier Rosé Blend. This highly vibrant blend starts with a fine wine that undergoes a secondary fermentation with peach juice. The result is an elegant, flavorful wine with notes of aromatic peaches balanced with a dry smooth finish. We will finish the night with Murphy Goode Chardonnay, made with the thought of coming home from work, putting your feet up, and relaxing with a refreshing glass in hand. It is fruit-forward, clean, and benefits from barrel aging that helps to round the wine and add just a touch of richness.
