You won’t want to miss our weekly wine pairing and pouring Friday night from 5-8 p.m. Arny will be preparing a rich and creamy smoked salmon pasta recipe that originates from Italy. Smoked salmon is quite a well-liked ingredient in Italian cuisine. Historically, smoked salmon served as an effective method for preserving fresh seafood, a practice appreciated even by the ancient Romans and Greeks. This quick and easy meal can be prepared in just 30 minutes, and it is both satisfying and full of flavor, making it absolutely delightful. If you enjoy salmon, you will love this elegant pasta recipe!

Our wines for the evening include: Robertson Gewurztraminer, a full-bodied South African wine with honeysuckle and rose petals in bouquet, rich and smooth; Roscato, an irresistible, delicately sweet, and gently fizzy red wine from Northern Italy’s Lombardy region, offering intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, and raspberry; and, Wente Baily Hill Pinot Noir, a California wine with youthful aromas of Bing cherries and ripe strawberries that are seamlessly combined with a delicate layer of dark soils, sage, and smoked nuts.

To accommodate our customers who are observing Lent, our pairings will not contain meat.
