At our weekly wine pairing and pouring, Arny will be preparing Creamy Broccoli Pasta. This is the perfect comfort dish that brings together the vibrant, fresh taste of broccoli with a rich and velvety sauce. This recipe is simple to make, yet it’s loaded with flavor. The creamy sauce coats every piece of pasta and broccoli, making it a delightful meal that satisfies both veggie lovers and pasta enthusiasts. The addition of garlic and hint of Parmesan cheese adds depth, while the broccoli keeps the dish light and nutritious. To accommodate our customers who are observing Lent, our pairings will not contain meat.
Our wines for the evening include Black Pearl Chenin Blanc, from South Africa, a bright and focused wine with a crisp citrus freshness; Painted Wolf Pinotage, also from South Africa, has a smorgasbord of summer berries, savory spice and toasty wood flavors; and, 1924 Buttery Chardonnay, from California, this liberal wine is golden in color with rich and creamy flavors of vanilla, honey, and butterscotch.
Join us tonight from 5-8 p.m. for this unique taste experience.
