Scallops! Yes!

Tonight’s wine pairing and pouring includes: Woodson’s Pinot Noir, a medium-bodied, garnet-hued wine with aromas of strawberry, pastry cream, and nutmeg with dusty fine-grained tannins and a long juicy finish; Angeline Cabernet Sauvignon, a fruit-forward, easy-to-drink wine that reveals complexity and length with a deep garnet hue and aromas of lush cherry, black current and plum with hints of vanilla and creamy oak; and Eins-Zwei-Zero Sparkling Riesling, a very appealing, sparkling wine which is fresh and juicy right from the start with a fine interplay of crisp apples, fine bubbles and a long-lasting freshness. Arny will be preparing Scallops and Pasta in a lemon wine sauce. You won’t want to miss it tonight from 5-8 p.m.
