Good Friday Pairing & Pouring

This Good Friday, from 5-8, sip on some new wines and enjoy the company. Join us for our weekly wine pairing and pouring. Let your table be laden and the wine flow with the conversation to kick off the Easter holiday. Arny will be preparing his famous Raw Pasta Sauce, an uncooked, sugar-free and vegetarian sauce you can make in less than 5 minutes that delivers fantastic flavor without cooking away all the nutrients. Made with the freshest ingredients, there is so much flavor in this sauce you won’t believe it’s raw. Our wines for the evening include: Astoria Sparkling Moscato from Italy with very fine and persistent bubbles, delicately sweet with a basis of fresh fruit flavors of peach, melon and pear and a beautiful bottle; Ornella Molon Prosecco from Italy, a deliciously dry sparkling wine with crisp acidity, low sugar, with plenty of fruit and character; and Straight Shooter Pinot Noir from Oregon, a seductive and silky wine with red cherry and cranberry aromas, cherry and spice flavors mingle on the palate leading to a spiced, supple finish.
