At this week's tasting from 5-8 p.m. tonight, we will be featuring Carfagna's Butcher's Blend Ground Beef Sauce. Grandmother Nonna Maria taught the family how to make celebrated Italian food using authentic Carfagna Family Recipes from the Abruzzo-Molise Region of Italy. With each of the Carfagna homemade products, they follow her advice and use only the freshest, premium products available. They take their time making each delicious item so you won’t have to!
We are pouring award-winning wines from Hudsonville Winery, located on Chicago Drive. Hudsonville Winery carries over 30 different wines all made on site. They also host a fantastic restaurant and award-winning brewery on the same premises. We will be pairing their Peach wine with a crisp, sweet finish; Tres Amici, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc; and Bruno, a comfortably oaked, bold red for serious red wine fans.
