This week’s wine pairing and pouring event will showcase wines from Wente Vineyards. Situated in the scenic Livermore Valley, just 30 miles from San Francisco Bay, this family-owned and women-led winery is renowned for its Certified Sustainable wines, which embody their rich heritage and dedication to quality. Founded in 1883, it holds the distinction of being America’s oldest, continuously operated, family-owned winery. Arny will be preparing a quick and simple pasta salad using a delicious recipe filled with fresh vegetables. As a side dish for a cookout, potluck, or barbecue, the lightness of a pasta salad provides a refreshing contrast to rich, smoky flavors. This economical meal can also be tailored to include a variety of fresh vegetables, cheeses, meats, and dressings, creating diverse textures and flavors in every bite.
