This evening, during our regular wine pairing and pouring event, Arny will be crafting a creamy and hearty pasta dish that can be prepared in merely 20 minutes. This straightforward recipe is rich in flavor and serves as an excellent means to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. The One-Pot Zucchini Mushroom Pasta features fresh, uncomplicated flavors with a minimal number of ingredients and avoids any heaviness. It harmoniously blends the delightful texture of mushrooms with the crispness of zucchini, resulting in a delectable meat-free meal that can be ready in less than 30 minutes. This easy-to-follow recipe is not only delicious but also ideal for the summer season. Tonight's wine selection includes offerings from Fenn Valley: Lakeshore Ruby Red, a semi-sweet, fruit-forward red wine; Traminette, a semi-dry white wine characterized by floral notes, muscat spice, and flavors of ripe apple and pear; and Cabernet Franc, a lovely medium-bodied red wine with rich hints of black cherry and plum.
