Weekly Pairing & Pouring

Join us this evening from 5 to 8 p.m. for our weekly wine pairing and pouring event. Arny will be crafting Pasta Primavera, a robust pasta dish filled with vegetables that is ideal for any season! It boasts an abundance of fresh flavors. This dish is an excellent way to utilize those vegetables in your refrigerator, and it is also vibrant and visually appealing. We will be serving select wines from Fenn Valley this weekend. Here are some interesting facts about Fenn Valley Vineyards: the land was initially a fruit tree farm, which had to be cleared to make way for the grapevines. The vineyard's site was deliberately chosen to benefit from the "lake effect," which ensures a milder winter climate essential for safeguarding delicate vinifera grapes. The winery was established in 1974-75, and the tanks used for the initial fermentations were refurbished dairy tanks. Come and savor a taste of Michigan.
