We're back tonight from 5-8 p.m. for our weekly wine pairing and pouring! Arny will be preparing Pasta, Pesto and Peas. This simple pasta dish is perfect for busy weeknights. It comes together in under 30 minutes with basic ingredients and minimal fuss. This refreshing dish can be served at a barbeque, beach party, picnic, etc. Our wines tonight include: Hudsonville Exotica, a blend of blackberry, passion fruit, strawberry and black currant flavors; Nama Byzantino, a semi-sweet, unique red wine that was used for communion by Greek clergy; and Noble Vines 337 Cabernet Sauvignon, a barrel-aged wine with classic aromas and flavors of black fruit with a hint of black pepper spice. Scatola de Pasta will be offering pizza, pasta, footlongs, and tacos made from grass-fed meat from Force of Nature’s regenerative agriculture in Texas.
