We’re looking forward to serving you tonight from 5-8 p.m. at our weekly wine pairing and pouring. We have three fantastic wines to share with you this week.
She’s Always Rosé is a new style of Italian rosé wine crafted from pinot noir grapes. These wines are the essence of what women are, stylish and elegant. Every detail, from the wine with aromas of strawberries and wild roses, to the bottle, is the expression of Italian taste and beauty. Fruit forward flavors are balanced out by a pleasant acidity, which makes it the perfect choice for any daytime occasions. Rosé wines made from Pinot Noir Rosé are generally elegant and very well balanced.
Crowded House Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white wine hailing from the renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand. This wine captivates with a lively bouquet of tropical fruits underscored by hints of fresh herbs and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is refreshing and well-balanced, displaying a bright acidity that beautifully complements the intense fruit flavors, leading to a crisp, zesty finish. The Crowded House Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent choice for pairing or for enjoying on its own as a refreshing and invigorating sip.
Rocca delle Macìe is one of Tuscany's leading wine estates. Their Riserva di Fizzano is classified Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, the top tier of Chianti Classico wines in terms of production and aging parameters. To be classified Gran Selezione, grapes must be estate-grown and estate-bottled and the wine must be aged a minimum of 30 months. Rocca delle Macìe is one of the few wineries in Tuscany to put a Gran Selezione at the very top of their quality pyramid. After fermentation the majority of the wine matures in French oak barrels. The wine then rests in the bottle for one year.
See you tonight!
