Every 1st Friday of the month you have the option to pair bourbons instead of wine at our weekly pairing and pouring. Tonight's option contains three, 1.5 oz pours of bourbon from our open inventory which now contains over 40 different types. By popular request, we have added a premium bourbon pouring from our top-shelf inventory for those bourbon aficionados dedicated to trying the high-end spirits. We were finally able to obtain a few of the highly-requested bourbons. But we have discovered that finding some of these is almost as hard as finding a mythical Sasquatch in the UP. There is a slight difference in price if you choose either bourbon options. Our wines for the evening include Castello del Poggio Moscato, Bar Dog Cabernet Sauvignon and Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling. As a pairing for our main course, Arny will be preparing pasta.
