Regardless of whether the weather is warm or cold, pasta remains an excellent option. There are credible studies on this topic, all of which indicate that under appropriate temperature conditions, consuming a hot food or beverage can be just as—if not more—effective in reducing your body temperature compared to a cold one. Therefore, we invite you to join us tonight from 5-8 p.m. for pasta and meatballs as our featured dish. We will be serving three wines: Trapiche Broquel Malbec, an Argentinian wine characterized by notes of plum and black cherry, complemented by a hint of black pepper; Vernaccia di San Gimignano, an Italian wine with a light citrus aroma, dry and rich on the palate, featuring flavors of dried apricot and peach; and Fenn Valley Riesling, a semi-dry white wine from Michigan with crisp acidity balanced by a touch of natural grape sugar. Our food trailer, Scatola di Pasta, will be open for orders. If you were unable to attend this past weekend, we encourage you to visit our Piazza di Vino (Wine Square), an outdoor communal seating area designed for your enjoyment. Our well-lit, shaded seating area provides a relaxing atmosphere throughout the afternoon and evening. Furthermore, parking has been arranged for your convenience. We eagerly anticipate your presence!
