This week, Arny will be revisiting his quick-and-easy three-bean chili during our weekly wine pairing event, which will take place from 5-8 p.m. It was such a success last week that we wanted to ensure you have the chance to enjoy it. This dish can be prepared in just 30 minutes using a single pot, offering a hearty, smoky flavor along with ample plant-based protein with minimal effort. Its thick consistency is appealing to both vegetarians and meat-lovers, making it a favored "keeper" recipe that is ideal for a cozy dinner or a crowd-pleaser for families. Our wines for the evening will showcase selections from Wente Vineyards.
