Welcome to this week’s reminder! At tonight’s pairing and pouring from 5-8 p.m., Arny will be preparing Fire Roasted Tomato Fettuccine with Garlic for the main course. Our wines for the evening are: Mionetto Prosecco, a luminous effervescent straw-yellow wine with a golden apple bouquet and aromatic notes of white peach and honey; Barbera D’Alba Tera Rusa, made from northern Italian organic grapes, this wine is a classic, silky red; and Proverb Rose, a refreshing wine with ripe cherry and strawberry notes and a trace of minerality on the finish.
