A breezy, easy summer deserves a breezy, easy meal as well! Tonight’s 20-minute summer pasta is a speedy and scrumptious pasta dish that fills you with good flavors and summer joy! Tender, sweet vegetables are served atop a bed of your favorite pasta with a sprinkling of meat, cheese, dressing and fragrant basil. There’s so much flavor in each bite, you’ll be shocked that this dish can be ready so quickly. We’ll be pairing these wines for the evening: Fenn Valley Bubbling Rose, Tribute Cabernet Sauvignon, and Fairview’s Goats Do Roam White Blend.
