This evening marks not only Bourbon Night (hooray!), but we are also privileged to host Kyle, a co-founder of Long Road Distillers. Kyle and Jon connected through their mutual dedication to the neighborhood they both cherished and uncovered a common enthusiasm for fine spirits. The concept for Long Road was conceived over a bottle of Irish whisky. Just 18 months and several bottles of whisky later, they inaugurated the first distillery in the history of Grand Rapids. Their objective was to produce world-class spirits utilizing Michigan-grown ingredients without compromising quality.
