SowHope Gala This Friday!

This Friday, September 25th, Acqua In Vino will host a virtual watch party for SowHope’s 20th Anniversary Gala – Hope In Action. We currently support SowHope, and Arny serves on its Board of Directors. SowHope is a Michigan-based nonprofit that inspires impoverished women worldwide (www.sowhope.org). Their Wellness Program includes maternal healthcare; prevention of abuse, rape, and sex trafficking; counseling and recovery centers for victims of gender-related abuse issues; HIV/AIDS care and prevention; and clean water projects. Their Education Program equips women with essential reading, writing, and technical skills to pursue better job opportunities and achieve financial independence. Their Economic Program provides microloans, business training, and resources to help women start and grow sustainable businesses. In the last 20 years, SowHope has funded projects in 27 countries. We are excited to stream this fundraiser again to Wayland. To celebrate the night, we are offering a specialty pizza and your choice of a bottle of EOS wine for $30.
