He’s back! Our owner and in-house culinary artist has returned and we have a delicious Friday evening planned for you. To accommodate our customers who are observing Lent, there will be no-meat options available. Our wines for the evening include 13 Celsius Sauvignon Blanc, crafted from exceptional grapes grown in the world-renowned region of Marlborough, New Zealand. It is a sublime elegant wine with vibrant aromatics of citrus and sweet herbs. We will also be pairing our main course pasta with Writer’s Block Red Zinfandel, a medium to full-bodied red wine with characters of red fruit, spice, clove and herbal tea. Our dolce will finish with a pairing of Domaine Laurier Brut, a sparkling wine that has that wonderful, toasty aroma and fine bead. We look forward to serving you from 5-8 p.m. Friday night!
