Happy Early St. Patrick's Day!

At tonight’s wine pairing and pouring from 5-8 p.m., Arny will be making pasta al tonno. This pasta is easy to prepare with ingredients you can easily find in your pantry. It features spaghetti tossed with fish and a quick tomato sauce. It’s a simple and delicious balancing act between the brightness of tomatoes and the savory depth of the mystery fish. We’ll see if you can guess the fish ingredient.

We’re excited about the activities tomorrow for Wayland’s Everybody’s Irish. Starting at 2 p.m. the downtown will transform into Ireland with specials at every location. There will be food trucks and Travelers BBQ will be in our parking lot. A scavenger hunt is planned and live music on the street will go until 9 p.m. As a bonus, there will be a free shuttle in Downtown Wayland for attendees to and from the Gun Lake Casino from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. The band, Wayland, is performing and hosting their album release party at the Casino.
