We are excited to announce that Karla, Alliance Beverage Sommelier, will be pouring 4 new select sparkling wines this Friday night, parting her wine wisdom the entire evening. We have researched and selected a variety of sparkling wines that showcase different styles, regions, and flavor profiles, putting together the perfect selection of bubbles for you to taste side-by-side. Light snacks such as cheese, fruit, and crackers will be provided to help cleanse the palate between tastings, slowing down the drinking pace and allowing you more time to enjoy the experience. Smell the wine before sipping, and observe the color and clarity of each serving. And this bubbles tasting is not only about the wine, but also about the social experience. We will encourage conversation by asking you to share your thoughts and opinions on each wine. There are NO wrong observations! We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
