Join us for this week’s wine pairing and pouring from 5-8 p.m. We’ll be pairing the charcuterie with Dry Fly Bloody Mary, a ready-to-drink featuring Dry Fly’s award-winning vodka and their house bloody mary mix and exclusive spice blend. For the main course, Arny will be making a classic Italian vodka sauce with Italian sausage. This tomato cream sauce is kicked up with a healthy measure of vodka which adds a little spice to the sauce. We will be pairing the pasta with Chronic Cellars Red Blend, an elegant and savory blend that weaves together high-toned fruit notes of cranberry, blue fruits and rips cherry with a hint of lavender and violet. The blend contains 57% Syrah, 24% Petite Sirah, 12% Grenache and 7% Mourvèdre. For our dolce we will be pairing the sweets with St. Ambrose Draft Mead Razzputin featuring tart raspberry.
