Creamy Pumpkin Pasta

The vibrant leaves scattered on the ground and the pumpkins displayed outside the homes of our neighbors contribute to the warmth and charm of this season. During this week’s wine pairing and pouring event, scheduled from 5-8 p.m., Arny will be crafting Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with Sausage. This dish is essentially a comforting embrace served in a bowl or on a plate, depending on your preferred way to enjoy pasta. There are times when you may find yourself eating it directly from the pot! It is rich and creamy, infused with smoky, crispy bits of sausage, and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. The wines featured for the evening will include Wente Pacific Mist Pinot Grigio, Trapiche Broquel Malbec, and Homework Rose.

On Saturday, we will participate in the Monster Mash celebration in downtown Wayland, commencing at 5 p.m. The event will feature Trunk or Treat, various vendors, a DJ, food trucks, and much more. Scatola Di Pasta will be open for the evening, and we will be offering our own mulled wine in-store. Come join the festivities and wear your finest Halloween costume.
