This evening, we are going to try to keep you warm with our freshly prepared Wilde Thyme Pasta E Fagioli Soup. This traditional Italian soup is enriched with aromatic herbs, tomatoes, beans, and our special Italian sausage. Sue and Bill from Holland, Michigan, have developed a variety of these soups that we offer just as the colder weather sets in. Many of the mixes can be easily prepared by simply adding water; for others, you may incorporate your own cooked meat. The wines featured for tonight include: 1924 Sauvignon Blanc, which presents aromas of vibrant citrus and stone fruit that enhance the flavors of green apple and melon, culminating in a crisp finish; 1000 Stories Pinot Noir, a robustly crafted wine that features notes of wild cherry, black raspberry, and vanilla aged in American oak; and Hudsonville Brambleberry, which offers a delightful blackberry flavor with a tangy finish.
