Come In From The Cold!

One of Italy’s favorite delights is “Arancini”, which means “little oranges”. These tasty Italian rice balls are made with imported arborio rice, stuffed with savory fillings, and coated with bread crumbs. Every bite is packed evenly with gourmet center fillings derived from decades-old family recipes. Acqua In Vino will be preparing these delicacies at tonight’s wine pairing and pouring from 5-8 p.m.  Our three select wines include EOS Chardonnay, a California white wine with flavors of pineapple, pear and oak influence; Cline Cashmere, a California red blend with aromas of cherry, blueberry, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg; and Stella Rosa Moscato D'Asti, an Italian wine made from the Moscato di Canelli grape, sweet but not overly sweet with just enough bubbles.
