Cinco de Mayo!

On the 5th day of May in 1862, the Mexicans defeated the French army at the Battle of Puebla. The holiday Cinco de Mayo is a commemoration and celebration of the victory of the smaller Mexican army over the larger and more modern French army. It may be a little late, but the fun and celebration continues tonight from 5-8 at our Friday night wine tasting and pairing! We've got the Cinco de Mayo decorations up, put out the Cinco de Mayo party supplies, and put on the Mariachi music! We will be serving Texas tamales with tortilla chips and Cherry Republic Salsa. Acqua In Vino has everything you need to celebrate fiesta style.

Remember this weekend is Mother’s Day! We have many items to choose from for Mother's Day including pre-made baskets. We will also make a special basket just for her. Stop in and ask about the many choices available. We'll see you at the tasting!
