Every 1st Friday of the month you have the option to pair bourbons instead of wine at our weekly pairing and pouring. Tonight's option contains three, 1.5 oz pours of bourbon from our top shelves which now contain over 30 different types. There is a slight difference in price if you choose the bourbon option. And of course, we will still be offering our wine tasting. The wines tonight include Real Sangria, a light-bodied, fruity and refreshing "Spanish Sangria" produced from fine Spanish red wine and a blend of natural citrus fruit flavors, mostly made from the Tempranillo and Garnacha grape varieties; La Posta Fazzio Malbec, a fruit-driven fresh and well-structured Argentinian wine, with a vibrant nose of red and black cherries and ripe plums and the taste of vanilla, chocolate and some spice; and Babich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, a fresh and juicy New Zealand white wine with mandarin and grapefruit aromas and a taste of lime, passionfruit, rock melon, black currant with a touch of pepper on the finish.
