It’s the first Friday of the month and that means Bourbon Pairing and Pouring! You can choose three different pours from our over 60 opened bottles of top shelf bourbon. For wine fans, we will be pouring Hudsonville White Cranberry, a popular tart white wine that tastes a bit like a white grape wine with a cranberry zing; Fenn Valley Riesling, a semi-dry white wine with crisp acidity that is balanced by a touch of natural grape sugar; and Casa de Campo Malbec, a lively red colored wine with violet hues and intense aromas of plums and cherries. Arny will be preparing Wholey Mediterranean Seafood Mix, a delicious combination of mussels, clams and prawns in white wine garlic sauce. This traditional dish of Italy is perfect for all occasions like light lunch, romantic dinners or special events and enjoyed by the whole family and friends.
