Friday is National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, a day to make the holidays fun...the way they were intended to be! Started in 2011 by ugly Christmas sweater lovers as a way to lighten up the busy holidays and show off their absurdly ugly sweaters, this day has grown in popularity and is celebrated worldwide.
We have decided to incorporate this national holiday with our wine tasting and pairing. All our staff is participating and even some of the wine bottles, and of course there will be prizes. We’ll be serving up tasty charcuterie with Acqua In Vino’s own baked-fresh bread, delicious Garden Pantry Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and yummy dolce. Our wines for this evening are the popular Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, full bodied Vindicated Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mondavi's unique Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay.
So, leave the uniform at home, keep the preppy office blouse in your closet, and whatever you do, don't even think about donning a suit. All you need is your ugliest Christmas sweater because this is your day, this is our day, this is National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day. Come show yours off and win a prize Friday night from 5-8 p.m.
