This week we’re going to try and keep you warm with our delicious Garden Pantry Pasta e Fagioli Soup. We’ll be pairing our new Moscato D’Asti from Lodali in Piedmont, Italy, that is fresh, sweet and fragrant with notes of apricot, orange, peach and honey with light bubbles; Monsanto Toscana Monrosso Red Blend that bursts with ripe cherry, blackberry and floral aromas and flavors, composed of 60% Syrah, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 3% Sangiovese; and Noble Vines 446 Chardonnay, from Napa Valley, a medium-bodied wine that exhibits appealing aromas of pear, pineapple and melon with flavors of peach and coconut with hints of lemon and toasty vanilla spice.
